FSB Alumna is recognized as a 2017 Woman Who Means Business honoree

Stacey Browning, a Farmer School alumna, has been recognized as a 2017 Woman Who Means Business honoree by the Cincinnati Business Courier. She is one out of only ten women chosen for this honor.
Stacey, a 1990 graduate in marketing, is currently the president of Paycor. Stacey joined Paycor in 1992 when Paycor was only two years old and had yet to hit one million dollars in revenues. Now, 25 years later, Stacey has played a huge role in the company’s growth. She held posts of executive vice president and chief strategy officer prior to her role as president.
When the Cincinnati Business Courier asked Stacey what the biggest challenges she faces as the company grows, she said, “I believe every business problem is a people problem, meaning any challenge can be solved if the right people are on it. So as Paycor grows, a top focus for me is adding talent, growing ready-when-needed leaders, and providing the best enablement to all employees. If our people win, Paycor wins.”
The Courier’s Women Who Mean Business program launched last year. It seeks to recognize women whose work over the year stands out for the level of achievement and innovation potential.
